School Resourse Officer/Deputy

The Kenton County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for 2 contract School Resource Officers for the upcoming school year  2025/26 for Scott High School and The Virtual Learning Center.  Candidates must be Kentucky-certified police officers who are retirees of the Kentucky Retirement System in good standing. Applicants will be required to go through a KLEC-compliant background investigation, interview, and required training courses. Salary is $48,398.40.00 per year, $33.61 hr. including State incentive pay for 180 days of work. We also offer up to 5 weeks of vacation accrual. Weekends, school holidays, and summers off.
